Young Shankar Rao and Ankita’s dedication to their one-acre coffee plot knows no bounds. Inheriting the land from Shankar Rao's father, they embarked on their independent coffee journey.
As the sun rises, Shankar Rao ventures into the coffee plot, spending hours surveying and observing the needs of the farm. Returning for a mid-morning meal, he shares his insights with Ankita, who joins him later in the day to carry out farm activities guided by the morning observations.
Their commitment to excellence was extended in the pivotal curing process. Their washed coffee underwent precise treatment to peel, polish and refine their pristine coffee beans.
The couple’s meticulously crafted coffee with its delicate notes of figs, peach, peanut butter, sweet fruit candy and grapefruit, awaits its moment of glory on the global stage.
