GEMS19050: Luxe Harvest

GEMS19050

"In the mist-laced highlands, his two-acre coffee plot narrates a story of not just harvest, but of quality and flavour- where every cherry holds a promise of a refined cup. His coffee bushes grow together with various fruit and forest species.

Partnering with Naandi, the couple began to understand that an exceptional coffee begins on the branch before it is brewed in a cup. They adopted selective picking, choosing the ripe cherries on the branch, mulching to retain soil moisture, and improving soil fertility. These regenerative practices strengthened the coffee bush, making it healthier, cherries richer with deeper flavours. The impact was evident in the cup and the quantity of Grade 1 cherries harvested. This translated into a better price and recognition. Today, every cherry harvested carries a true expression of how caring for the soil is reflected in a cup that speaks of precision, dedication, and pride.
