Stepping onto their farm at the break of dawn, the duo tends to their coffee with meticulous care. Their efforts have borne fruit in the form of a coffee brimming with notes of raisins, lemon, brown sugar, chocolate and apple.
Simhachalam and Kondamma are also champions of regenerative agriculture, welcoming fellow villagers to their farm and sharing knowledge from over 10+ years of dedication. The coffee carries with it not just the essence of their terroir, but also the indomitable spirit of its humble cultivators.
